We're proud to announce that we're now offering Weekday Morning Yoga Classes in Doral. Due to several requests by students who are not able to attend our evening or weekend classes, we decided to create morning classes to accommodate them. Please check the Pricing and Schedule pages for more details.

FREE Yoga classes with donation for Japan relief efforts

As you may know by now, Japan was hit by a devastating earthquake and then a tsunami.

They will need our help for months or even years to come. Please continue to give and pray for the victims and their families.

We're doing our little bit to help out. You will receive free Yoga classes with your donation. We will collect contributions during the classes mentioned below. Once completed, we will donate all collected funds.
